Grievances and Redressal Cell has been set in our college with an aim of resolving the academic as well as personal problems with the guidance of Management, Principal and ward tutors.

The Committee is consisted of seven members. The ex-officio Chairman, one staff members is the convener, three members of the staff and two student representatives.

Important Guidelines:

• A Circular is sent to all the students regarding Grievance and Redressal Cell.
• Students who wish to offer suggestions may give their suggestions in writing and drop the same in the suggestion box, which is kept in the college campus.
• The Grievance will be examined and Redressal will be initiated with in a week.
• Urgent matters will be attended to immediately.
• The Complaints will be informed of the action taken.
• Redressal will be made without fear or favour.
• The Committee will hold the meeting for every fortnight.

Functions:   

1. The committee examines the complaints received from the students and their parents.
2. If the complaint is within the ambit of the committee, immediate action will be taken.
3. If not, it will be brought to the notice of the concerned authorities through proper channel.
4. Stake holders are given suitable advice.
