The Alumni Cell of Sir C.R.R College for Women, Eluru was established in 2012.

Vision:-

    Sir C.R.R College for Women, Vatluru is a non-profit organization. Develop good environmental and emotional relationship with Alumni. Alumni are linked better interaction with each other and cultivate good relationship between students (Past, Present and Future).

Mission:-

• Lifelong involvement to our alumni matter.
• Welcoming for alumni of all ages.
• To promote exchange of academic experience with the students of the college.
• To conduct activities that shall motivate and upgrade student skill set.

Objectives:-

• Good environmental and mutual relationship with the Alumni association.
• To arrange seminars, debates, workshops and also to arrange cultural and welfare programs.
• To provide financial assistance to the needy students.
• To utilize the rich experiences of old students of the college for the benefit and progress of the present students.

Sir C R Reddy College for Women aims to foster a strong bonding between alumni and their alma mater by the exchange of ideas, on academic, cultural and social issues our goal is to bring all alumni into a single network. The driving force behind Sir CRRCW is to develop strong student alumni interactions that would benefit our student in terms of learning, as well as the alumni in terms of sharing their rich expertise.

Objectives of CRRCW AA:-

• To unite all alumni to the institute, faculty, staff and students by providing interphase.
• To establish an alumni cell and maintain a data base of the alumni living in India and abroad.
• To share information with alumni regularly with latest developments of the institution.
• To invite and involve alumni for organizing seminars, workshops and guest lecture by expert alumni by themselves.
• To provide exchange of skills and expertise/ experience of alumni with existing students.
• To provide financial aid to needy and deserving students
• To provide a platform for alumni to organize job fairs and other social, welfare activities like counseling, career guidance health awareness etc.

With these objectives we are sure that we can increase strong bonding among alumni and institute. Many of our alumni occupied the good position in different sectors like in banking, finance, IT, teaching, entrepreneurship etc.

            Most of alumni contribute their knowledge and help the institute in different ways.

1. Non- Financial
2. Mentoring:-Alumni interact with the students and identify the problems of stress, & other health problems social issues etc. necessary orientation is provided to them.
3. Career Guidance:-Making guidancefor higher studies, competitive exams (or) self employment etc. are suggested as per the financial status & interest of students These are conducted in a separate session organized by the alumni association as a part of their activity and support to students.
4. Curriculum Feedback:- This is done twice a year with the registered alumni on curriculum feedback through on line.

Outreach/ extension activate- the alumni locally available are invited while conductiyextension activates in adopted villages. Some of them are Gynecologists, Psychologists etc and their services are utilized for community living people and help them with genuine guidance to solve their problem.

Financial:-

1. The amount collected from members will be utilized for scholarships & endowment prizes for deserving students.
2. Anextension center established at Jalipudi village, the entire expenditure is met form alumni in establishing rural skill Development centre by way of tailoring & embroidery, artificial bangle making, computer literary etc.
3. Beside the above, if a student needs financial assistance to continue her studies, the alumni, will sponsor the needy amount for paying fee etc. The list of those beneficiaries are uploaded in view document.
