Examination/Results Committee

Examinations play an important role to evaluate the student’s academic performance. For the smooth and proper way of conducting examinations, EXAMINATION CELL is established on 19/7/2018. It is headed by the chair person and supported by the co-coordinator and other teaching and non-teaching staff. To conduct all examination in fair and systematic manner under the direction of the chief superintendent. The  prime responsibility of the examination cell. Further, it  co-ordinates with the university regarding all examination matters. The examination cell of our college functions according to the rules and regulations of the Adikavi  Nannaya University, Rajahmahendravaram.

Functions of the Examination cell:-

• Examination cell sees that all examination notices are received by concerned departments.
• It maintains all records pertaining to examinations.
• Examination cell maintains the record of syllabi of all subjects of all question papers, overall result of each department etc.
• Examination cell maintains the names of toppers in each and every subject.
• Examination cell maintains the record of Internal marks.
• Examination cell maintains the record of University Marks.
• Examination cell prepares time-tables for I Mid-Sem and II Mid-Sem examinations. It also frames timetable for both Internal and external practical examinations based on the approved academic calendar of the AKNU.
• Examination cell takes all precautions while preparing Invigilation duty chart, seating plans for the students in the examination halls for smooth conduct of examination etc.
